The procurement includes annual agreements regarding the operation and maintenance of machine-driven gates and elevators in the Client's property portfolio and on-call 7/24/365.

In addition to operation and maintenance, the Supplier must also submit tenders for reprogramming of emergency telephones to the Customer's, at all times current, alarm table and installation of SafeLine SL6 +4G or equivalent.

In addition, the Supplier shall have the opportunity to carry out major renovation / new construction of a machine-driven gate and / or elevator in the event of acute damage. If this occurs, a separate price must be provided. Note that this does not include the Client's planned renovations of gates and elevators. They are procured separately.
