— lot 2: assistance services to project management for the information service of skills, careers and talents.
Project management assistance for HRISHRIS needs AMOA support to:
— support evolutions and specifications on PeopleDoc/PeoPleask and Salary Planning from Allshare: participate and be a force of proposal in the evolution of features, challenge the needs, support of business administrators, implementation of RPA, workflow, dematerialization of documents and digitization of processes, etc.
— analyze and implement the various releases on PeopleDoc/PeoPleask (UGG),
— assistance in the development and implementation of technical tests,
— follow new tools to detect opportunities,
— update or write the IS procedures and documentation for the HRIS service, as well as the document management of the delivery,
— support inter-SI relations between HR services and DNO for the maintenance and development of HRIS and business processes,
— assist all HR users: prepare training materials, train HR users on new features and sensitize HR managers to comply with procedures,
— provide expertise on HR project management and help during the different stages,
— create a methodological foundation for project management,
— provide punctual expertise on dedicated topics,
— provide reporting to the HRIS Service Manager.
Project Management Assistance for the Skills, Careers and Talent Information SystemHRIS needs AMOA support to support the evolution of Cornerstone software, specifically to:
— provide advice and expertise to HR teams on:
—— the needs expressed by ensuring that they are consistent with the information system and are consistent with other CNES HR information systems;
—— preparation, implementation, support, technical-functional support of users;
—— project management and project culture: support with a global vision and an agile method;
— participate and accompany the recipe of the tool and ensure the recipe on the other HRIS tools impacted;
— support the maintenance of modules already put into production (core, training, performance, recruitment, succession) by ensuring user support, monitoring interfaces, monitoring anomalies and evolutions, updating documentation...
— analyze and implement releases provided by Cornerstone;
— to train and develop competency on the operation of a SaaS to the people of the HRIS service;
— carry out a reporting and an activity forecast with the HRIS department manager.
