The purpose of this contract is the management and maintenance of the various technical installations of the police building located rue du Plateau d'Hastedon, 3 in 5002 Saint Servais for a period of 4 years.

It includes various batches related to technical management and troubleshooting:

- thermal installations and regulation (LOT 1)

- electrical installations (LOT 2)

- the automatic extinguishing system (LOT 3)

- doors and automatic barrier (LOT 4)

Technical management of thermal installations and regulation

Technical management and troubleshooting of the low-voltage installation, the SDMO generator, the 2 MASTERYS IP+ inverters of 30kVA each and the charging stations for bicycles and cars.

Technical management of the Proinert EXPRO automatic extinguishing system

This package includes the maintenance and troubleshooting of automatic doors and barriers, namely:

- 2 automatic MANUSA doors (1 at the reception and the other at the entrance of block C)

- 2 garage shutters

- 1 automatic barrier on the garage side: it is equipped with an intercom and controlled via a push button and a remote control

- 1 automatic barrier on the entrance side. It should be noted that the current single barrier will soon be replaced by a double barrier. Tenders shall be submitted on the basis of the existing barrier. The contracting authority will request an update of prices when the new double barrier is put in place.
