The Contracting Authority annually executes several major and minor investment and maintenance projects based on the at any given time applicable financial plan.

The Contracting Authority intends to enter into framework agreements for consulting engineer services for the following disciplines:

1. Project Manager (PL);

2. Engineering Design Manager (PRL);

3. Construction Manager (BL);

4. Technical Construction Manager (TBL);

5. Co-ordinator for the engineering design (KP) and coordinator for the execution phase (KU);

6. Responsible for integrated technical construction installations (ITB responsible);

7. Construction engineering (RIB);

8. Electrical Engineering (RIE);

9. Heating, ventilation and sanitation engineering (RIV);

10. Fire (RIBR);

11. Acoustics (RIAKU);

12. Geotechnical (RIG).

The Contracting Authority has entered into framework agreements with three tenderers per discipline.
