The main building is located in the main building at Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 20 with approx. 950 employees. The building covers approximately 9770 m² NUF. With reference to the grandfathering of the seismic safety requirements complied with during construction, a medium-term preservation of the existing building at Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 20 is planned. The building is to be renovated until the end of its useful life. With this decision of the state company, the second construction phase of the technical renovation, the sanitary line renovation and modernization of the sanitary areas on all 5 levels, as well as the renewal of the technical systems in the south wing are to be carried out during ongoing operations. The renovation and construction costs amount to approx. € 4,800,000.00 in KG 300 and € 9,800,000.00 in KG 400. Experience in the areas of construction management is absolutely necessary. Good communication skills due to the high need for coordination with users is desired. Construction is scheduled to take place from November 2025 to March 2027.
