Technical takeover, operation and further development of the web presence aok.de

The AOK community, consisting of the eleven independent AOKs, their IT service providers and the AOK Federal Association, awards the further development and operation of several portals and services of the nationwide WEB presence "aok.de". The tendered services include the takeover of programming as well as operating and support processes from the previous service provider. After this transition, operation and support are to be provided according to service level. In order to strengthen the competitive position in the digital sector, the WEB presence is to be further developed during the term of the contract. For this purpose, further and new development in marketable frameworks and CMS (currently Typo3 and NEOS) must be carried out in classic and agile project methodology.
