Vallentuna municipality, through the Social Welfare Board, invites interested suppliers to submit tenders in the procurement of places in housing with special services for adults in accordance with Section 9 of the Act (1993:387) on Support and Service to Certain Disabled People (hereinafter abbreviated LSS).
For those suppliers who wish to submit tenders for several of their activities, this must be done with one tender per activity. An activity refers to a specific group or service housing that is covered by an IVO permit. Submitting a tender means submitting a tender for the entire requested service, i.e. either for service housing with all its associated levels of care, or for a group home with all its associated levels of care.
The procurement covers the following forms of housing with special services for adults in accordance with Section 9 of the LSS:
Group residence
Service Residence
Vallentuna municipality will sign agreements with a maximum of 30 bidders for service housing and a maximum of 50 bidders for group housing.
