The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services by substitute bus transport launched for non-running trains in connection with the introduction by the Railway Infrastructure Manager PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Infrastructure Manager") of a restriction on train traffic on the section: Stryszów – Żywiec – Zakopane – Stryszów, Libiąż – Oświęcim – Libiąż, Kraków Główny – Trzebinia, Kęty – Bielsko Biała Główna – Kęty, Nowy Sącz – Krynica Zdrój – Nowy Sącz.
