The subject of the Order is:

1. Phase I - modernization of street lighting in the territory of the city and municipality of Nowa Sarzyna, consisting in the replacement of existing light fixtures with LED light fronted light fixtures together with network equipment and the implementation of an IT system for geolocation, management and street lighting inventory together with mobile application,

2. Stage II — expansion of lighting in the territory of the city and municipality of Nowa Sarzyna,

3. Stage III - the performance of maintenance and operation of lighting equipment of streets, squares, roads and public places in the area of the city and the municipality of Nowa Sarzyna.

1. The object of the order is:

1.1. Stage I - modernization of street lighting in the territory of the city and municipality of Nowa Sarzyna, consisting in the replacement of existing light fixtures with LED light fronted light fixtures with network equipment and the implementation of an IT system for geolocation, management and street lighting inventory together with mobile application,

1.2. Stage II — expansion of lighting in the territory of the city and municipality of Nowa Sarzyna,

1.3. Stage III - the performance of maintenance and operation of lighting equipment of streets, squares, roads and public places on the territory of the city and the municipality of Nowa Sarzyna.

2. The contract is mixed in nature (the subject of the contract includes supplies, services and works). Due to the fact that the main object of the contract is supplies within the meaning of the Pzp Act, the procedure is carried out according to the provisions relevant to the supply.
