1.The subject of the contract is the supply of eight trucks with garbage truck bodies on the basis of lease agreements. The contracting authority allows partial bids for individual lots of the contract. The Contractor may submit a bid for one or both of the following lots of the contract: 1) LOT NO. 1 of the CONTRACT entitled "Lease of four trucks with garbage truck body under lot No. 1 of the contract", 2) LOT NO. 2 OF THE CONTRACT entitled "Lease of four trucks with garbage truck body under lot No. 2 of the contract". 2.The Contractor shall deliver to the Contracting Authority the leased vehicles to the City Cleaning Plant (48 Nowodworska Street, 59-220 Legnica). Vehicles delivered to the Ordering Party should be technically efficient. 3. On the day of delivery of the vehicle, the Contractor should provide the Contracting entity with appropriate documentation regarding this vehicle. 4.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the model contract, which constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ.

1) Vehicle No. 1. a) - 2-axle chassis with GVW min.18.000kg, - year of manufacture min.2014, - diesel engine meeting the EURO 6 standard, - engine with a capacity of 4-12l., - automatic or manual gearbox, or automated, - rear air suspension - single-channel or two-channel control, - cabin with min.3 seats, - 12V + 24V socket on the dashboard, - adjustable steering wheel, - remote control with battery weight switch from the key, or mechanical switch, -electronic module for bodybuilders with additional functions via CAN rail,-reverse gear buzzer, -blower socket on the center console; b) - box body (single-chamber or multi-chamber) with a rear loading device, designed for collecting solid waste collected in municipal containers, secondary raw materials and bulky waste, - capacity of the load box min.12m3, - drainage connection in the loading tank with a ball valve, - the ability to control the loading mechanism in automatic and manual cycle, - the ability to control the push plate (sliding out and slide) from the position outside the vehicle from the side abdomen or from the driver's cabin, - system of releasing stuck objects, - two safety switches (emergency stop) located on both sides of the body, - automatic control of engine speed depending on the load of the hydraulic system, - uniform, universal loading device, i.e. adapted to work with containers with capacity. 60-1100l. and equipped with hinged arms for containers with capacity 1100l. Vehicle No. 5, Vehicle No. 6, Vehicle No. 7, Vehicle No. 8. a) chassis characteristics: -3-axle chassis with GVW min. 26.000 kg,-year of production min. 2014,-diesel engine meeting the EURO 6 standard,-engine with a capacity of 6-12 liters,-automatic or manual gearbox, or automated,-rear air suspension-single-channel or two-channel control,-cabin with min. 3 seats, -12V + 24V socket on the dashboard,-adjustable steering wheel,-remote control with battery weight switch with key, or mechanical switch,-electronic module for bodybuilders with additional functions via CAN bus,-reverse buzzer,-blower socket on the center console; b) body characteristics:-box body (single-chamber or multi-chamber) with rear loading device, designed for collecting solid waste collected in municipal containers, secondary raw materials and bulky waste,-body capacity min. 14m3, - drainage connection in the loading bath with a ball valve, - the ability to control the loading mechanism in an automatic and manual cycle, - the ability to control the ejection plate (sliding out and slide) from the position outside the vehicle on the side of the abdomen or from the driver's cabin, - the system of releasing stuck objects, - two safety switches (emergency stop) located on both sides of the body, - automatic control of engine speed depending on the load of the hydraulic system, -uniform, universal loading device, i.e. adapted to work with containers with a capacity of 60 to 1100 liters and equipped with tilting arms for containers with a capacity of 1100 liters (the Ordering Party allows a high-edge loading device type Zoeller 2301), - two stages for loaders, - lighting according to the current regulations: brake lights, parking lights, direction indicators and "rooster" alarm light at the rear of the vehicle, - working light at the rear of the body, - the possibility of manual control of the crushing cycle, - body made in accordance with PN-EN 1501-1 or equivalent, - camera located at the back of the body and a monitor located in the vehicle cabin compatible with the body control panel.
