1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting of the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the Municipality of the City of Blacksmith.
2. Collection of waste from nesting points, i.e. "bell" containers, in which selective waste collection is carried out, divided into glass, plastics and metal, as well as paper.
3. Transport of waste to the regional municipal waste collection facility.
4. Treat waste in such a way as to achieve an adequate level of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with
with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities
(Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1297, as amended).

5. In addition, the Contractor:
1) is obliged to collect from a given property or points any amount of municipal waste collected by the owner of the property in containers and / or bags;
2) it is obliged to provide containers according to the list in the description of the object of the order - only for multifamily development;
3) provide new containers at its expense if, during the performance of the service, damage or destruction of the Contractor's fault of the containers for waste mixed by the occupants;
4) be liable for damage to the assets of the Contracting Authority or third parties caused during the provision of the waste collection service;
5) will be obliged to monitor the obligation incumbent on the owner of the property
in the field of separate collection of municipal waste. If it is found that the owner of the property does not comply with the obligation to segregate waste, the Contractor collects the waste as unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste. At the same time, within 3 working days from the date of occurrence of the described situation, the Contractor is obliged to inform the Ordering Party in writing or electronically.

The Contractor will be obliged to attach documentation to the information - a digital record made by the apparatus (digital camera or camcorder and GPS device) located
in a car collecting waste from the property and a protocol on the occurrence of such an event. The documentation must clearly show which property it concerns,
on what day and at what time the above-mentioned event was determined. The documentation will be signed by the Contractor and will also contain personal data of witnesses;
6. It is obliged to supply waste at its own expense to the installation provided for replacement service in the event of a regional installation failure;
7) The Contractor will be obliged to submit to the Ordering Party at the latest together with the invoice for a given settlement period weight reports containing a specification of the place of waste collection and the amount and type of waste collected (in accordance with the applicable waste classification), on which there should be an annotation that the waste originates
from the area of the Municipality of the City of Kowal;
8) The Contracting Authority requires that any vehicle to which the contractor performs the service be equipped with GPS devices;
(9) With regard to the maintenance of an adequate sanitary condition of vehicles and equipment, it must be ensured that these facilities are maintained in a proper technical and sanitary condition. Vehicles and equipment must be protected against uncontrolled escape of waste during transport. Vehicles and devices must be subjected to washing and disinfection with a frequency that guarantees their proper sanitary condition, at least once a month, and in the summer, at least once every 2 weeks - the Contractor will be obliged to have documents confirming the performance of these activities. Vehicles must be emptied of waste at the end of the working day and be parked only at the storage and transport base.
