The object of the contract is the provision of services the subject of which is the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of the property, on which residents live in the territory of the city and the municipality of Karczew, and waste supplied by the inhabitants to the Selective Collection Point Municipal Waste. The item of the order has been divided into three (3) Parts of the order, as described and the information contained in section II.2.1) of this Announcement. The subject matter of the order shall be specified in detail by the contract documents, i.e. the specification of the Terms of Order 'hereinafter referred to as SWZ' with the attachments. The abovementioned documentation is an annex to this Notice and is posted/available on the Ordering Party's website at the address indicated in point I.3) of this Announcement. The proceedings shall be carried out in an unrestricted tender mode (Article 132 of the Pzp Act).

The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants reside (hereinafter real estate), in the rural area of the Karczew Municipality, excluding multi-family buildings. The execution of the order includes, inter alia

1) collection and development of municipal waste from real estate residing in the rural area of the Karczew Municipality, covering the localities of Brzezinka, Kissing, Glinki, Janów, Kępa Nadbrzeska, Kosumce, Łukówiec, Nadbrzeż, Ostrówek, Ostrówiec, Otwock Mały, Otwock Wielki, Piotrowice, Sobiekursk, Władysławów, Convenience;

2) drawing up monthly protocols and accounts of the types and quantities of waste received from residents;

3) drawing up schedules for the collection of waste and delivering it to residents;

4) Equipment of properties covered by the list, which the Contracting Authority shall transmit to the Contractor, with containers and bags for the collection of waste mixed and collected selectively and the maintenance of the containers in appropriate technical condition. The containers must meet the conditions laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on how to selectively collect selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906);

5) the provision of vehicles in quantity and with a capacity that guarantees the proper implementation of the service, with the frequency specified in the Detailed Subject Description of the Order;

6) the transfer of municipal waste for recovery or disposal in accordance with the provisions of applicable law and the principle of proximity (Article 20 of the Law of 14 December 2012 on waste — uniform text of the Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 of those in accordance with the location of the Municipality of Karczew.

Estimated amount of waste for collection and development — 1730 Mg.

The detailed scope of the item of the order is specified in the Detailed Description of the Order Subject, constituting the Zal. No 1.1 to SWZ. The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the Significant Terms of the Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the IPU) of the Zal. No 2.1 to SWZ. The execution of the order includes, inter alia

1) the collection and development of municipal waste from real estate (single-family development), on which residents live within the administrative boundaries of the City of Karczew and the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK);

2) drawing up monthly protocols and accounts of the types and quantities of waste received from residents and collected in the PSZOK;

3) drawing up schedules for the collection of waste and delivering it to residents;

4) Equipment of properties covered by the list, which the Contracting Authority shall transmit to the Contractor, with containers and bags for the collection of waste mixed and collected selectively and the maintenance of the containers in appropriate technical condition. Containers must comply with the conditions laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on how to selectively collect selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 906);

5) the provision of vehicles in quantity and with a capacity that guarantees the proper performance of the service, with the frequency specified in this dossier;

6) the transfer of municipal waste for recovery or disposal in accordance with the provisions of applicable law and the principle of proximity (Article 20 of the Law of 14 December 2012 on waste — uniform text of the Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 in the vicinity) in accordance with the location of the Municipality of Karchev;

7) operation of the PSZOK located at 1 Ciepłownicza Street in Karczewo, t. j. to ensure the operation of the PSZOK 1 once a week: every Saturday of the month from 8.00 to 15.00 (7 hours), with the Ordering Party allowing the Contractor to change the day or hours of opening of the PSZOK, at maintaining the number of hours referred to in the previous sentence, subject to the consent of this change in writing by the Contracting Authority and provided that such information is provided in advance to notify residents at the latest 7 days before the date of this changes;

8) the performance of activities related to, inter alia, opening and closing of PSZOK, control of persons importing waste, receiving waste and its proper management, supervision of proper segregation of waste imported by residents, maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the PSZOK and in its immediate vicinity;

9. Equipment of the PSZOK with containers and containers used for the collection of waste;

10) surveillance during the operation of the PSZOK as defined in point 7 above and in any case where municipal waste is contained on the premises of the PSZOK-until the receipt of this waste from the PSZOK. The supervision obligation will be considered to be fulfilled if the Contractor covers the PSZOK with vision monitoring at the time referred to in the previous sentence.

Estimated amount of waste for collection and development: City — 2297 Mg.

Estimated amount of waste for collection and development: PSZOK — 900 Mg.

1) the collection and development of municipal waste from properties on which residents reside in a multi-family development in the area of Karczew Municipality (including Osiedle Ługa, multi-family development TBS in Otwock Mały, SuperDrob buildings in Karczew and Nowy Karczew housing in Częstochowa Street);

2) drawing up monthly protocols and accounts of the types and quantities of waste received from residents;

3) drawing up schedules for the collection of waste and delivering it to residents;

4) Equipment of properties covered by the list, which the Contracting Authority shall transmit to the Contractor, with containers and bags for the collection of waste mixed and collected selectively and the maintenance of the containers in appropriate technical condition. Containers must meet the conditions laid down in the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on how to selectively collect selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws 2021, item 906);

5) the provision of vehicles in quantity and with a capacity that guarantees the proper performance of the service, with the frequency specified in this dossier;
