Study on Collecting Information on Substances to Analyse Impacts in Connection with Possible Amendments of Directive 2004/37/EC

This call for tenders is for an external and independent study to support a possible revision of the Directive 2004/37/EC on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens, mutagens or reprotoxic substances at work (CMRD). The call is intended to attract tenderers with a view to provide the contracting authority with the most recent, updated and robust information on the substances, groups of substances or process-generated substances listed in the tender specifications so as to support the preparation of an impact assessment report (IAR) necessary to accompany a possible legislative proposal to amend the CMRD.
