1. Service description of green space maintenance
The maintenance work is advertised as development and maintenance work. Din standards 18917 and 18919 apply. All information on the frequencies of execution are assumptions and may differ due to weather conditions, but also due to the university operation itself, upwards or downwards.
After the contract has been awarded, the client (hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT) must be given a schedule with the type and scope of the planned care services. This is to be agreed monthly in advance with the AG, whereby the AG declares whether it is due to
of events or the like, there are deviations from the usual execution times.
Noise-intensive work must be carried out in compliance with the city regulations and must generally be coordinated with the client.
The green areas outside the campus, along Breitscheidstraße, are part of the tender in accordance with the street cleaning statutes of the city of Magdeburg. On these surfaces are foreign bodies, such as.B foliage, waste, weeds
etc., so that the surfaces always offer a well-groomed appearance. Mowing is not part of the residents' obligation and is therefore not part of the advertised service.
Note:
A big problem is the emerging weeds (especially in the main vegetation period) on the natural stone paving areas and the barns. That is why this part is also very important. Since heavy brushing is not permitted on the surfaces with natural stone pavements and tennes, chemical control is also not approved by the authorities, an alternative solution must be found. With the submission of a price offer for weed control, a concept (exclusion criterion) must be submitted. Only in connection with this concept (exclusion criterion) is the position weed control evaluated. If the concept is not included, then the offer is incomplete and can then not be evaluated. The entire offer must be excluded from the evaluation.
2. Service description for sweeping and winter service
The areas for which the sweeping and winter service is to be assigned are to be taken from the system. On the one hand, these are public areas in Breitscheidstraße and Herrenkrugstraße, on the other hand, they are the closed campus area. Storage areas for required grit are provided.
If the contract is awarded to the tender, a contractual relationship is established by the tender, the subject of which consists of all components of the tender procedure, in particular the specifications, the regulations described and the submitted offer.
