The Contractor supports the Federal Network Agency in dealing with individual legal issues by means of brief expert opinions on commercial law, in particular in the subject areas according to 2.1 of the Terms of Reference.

Short expert opinions on commercial law with a minimum purchase quantity of 200 person-hours. The contract begins with the award of the contract and ends on 31.12.2024. The contract can optionally be extended twice for a further year at a time.
