Provision of planning services for the replacement new building of the Wehr Parchim
II.1.4 Brief description:
The weir plant cloth factory Parchim (Wehrarm Mühlenstrom Parchim, Bwastr-ID 5921) in Parchim is located at km 72.20 of the Müritz-Elde waterway. It regulates the water level of the Parchim-Neuburg stance and is part of the inner-city reservoir system Parchim.
In addition to identified structural defects, the dimensions and hydraulic performance of the system do not meet current requirements. Furthermore, there is no ecological consistency at the site.
For the above reasons, the WSV intends to replace the new weir plant Parchim cloth factory combined with the manufacture of a fish ascent facility.
The preferred variant approved in 2020 as a result of the preliminary planning/preliminary investigation provides the following solution:
- dismantling of the existing weir and building a new 2-field flap weir and an additional small weir field as a fish descent facility
- construction of fish climbing facility
- dismantling of a road bridge and filling the old weir canal with subsequent surface design and creation of an otter passage
- Construction of a road bridge in the course of new military construction
Based on the present preliminary planning/preliminary investigation, the “Draft Execution Document (E-AU)” is to be created in accordance with VV-WSV 2107 and then supported in awarding the construction work.
The following planning steps have to be performed:
- Preparation of a draft and approval planning as a basis for the planning approval document
- Preparation and participation in the planning approval process
- setting up a draft AU according to VV-WSV 2107, §8 (3) with
- execution documents
- detailed statics for essential components
- Risk assessment according to EU Machinery Directive
- Establishment of procurement documents
- Preparation and participation in tendering and awarding construction works.
