The subject of the order is the purchase and succession of delivery of medical gloves broken down into the following parts:
PACKAGE 1 - SURGICAL GLOVES, LATEX, POWDER-FREE
PACKAGE 2 - SURGICAL GLOVES, LATEX, POWDER-FREE, STERILE
The Contractor may offer only products which have been placed on the market and use in accordance with
with the requirements of the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 794).
