1. The basic scope of the contract includes contract performance management and multi-industry investor supervision over services, including design works, supplies and construction works commissioned to the general contractor as part of the works contract. The basic subject of the contract includes:
1) stage I - verification of the design documentation prepared by the general contractor as part of stage I of the contract for construction work, i.e. designing the Polish Pavilion,
2) stage II - management of the contract implementation and multi-disciplinary investor supervision over stage II of the contract for construction works, i.e. construction of the Polish Pavilion,
3) stage III - management of the contract implementation and multi-disciplinary investor supervision over stage III of the contract for construction works, i.e. technical maintenance of the Polish Pavilion during the exhibition.

The basic scope of the contract includes contract performance management and multi-industry investor supervision over services, including design works, supplies and construction works commissioned to the general contractor as part of the works contract. The basic subject of the contract includes:
1) stage I - verification of the design documentation prepared by the general contractor as part of stage I of the contract for construction work, i.e. designing the Polish Pavilion,
2) stage II - management of the contract implementation and multi-disciplinary investor supervision over stage II of the contract for construction works, i.e. construction of the Polish Pavilion,
3) stage III - management of the contract implementation and multi-disciplinary investor supervision over stage III of the contract for construction works, i.e. technical maintenance of the Polish Pavilion during the exhibition.
A detailed description of the subject of the basic contract is set out in Annex 1.
2. The awarding entity envisages the award of a contract covered by the option right referred to in art. 34 section 5 of the PPL Act. The subject of the order covered by the option right will be:
1) stage IV - management of the contract implementation and multi-industry investor supervision over stage IV of the contract for construction works, i.e. demolition of the Polish Pavilion ("option No. 1"),
2) increasing the involvement of members of the investor supervision team over the "minimum involvement" set out in Annex 1 ("option No. 2").
A detailed description of the subject of the contract covered by the option right is set out in Annex 2.
3. Reservations regarding the subject of the contract covered by the option right, referred to in para. 2:
1) from the fact that the requirements for the contract covered by the option law are included in Annex 2 to the ToR, it should not be concluded that the contract covered by the option law falls within the basic scope of the contract;
2) if the Employer exercises the option right within the time limits indicated in Annex 2 to the ToR, the Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract covered by the option right;
3) under the option right, the Employer reserves the right to fully or partially order the subject of the contract covered by the option right;
4) the option right is the Employer's right which he may or may not exercise as part of the contract. If the Employer fails to exercise the option right, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claims in this respect;
5) the condition for activating the option right is the submission by the Employer of a written declaration of intent to exercise the option right within the scope specified by him and the deadlines specified in Annex 2.
