The subject of the contract is: Collection of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Pyrzyce Commune and their management.

The scope of this contract includes: collection and management, i.e. recovery or disposal of waste indicated in the contract description from real estate located in the Pyrzyce Commune, where residents live in a manner ensuring that appropriate levels are achieved

recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan (WPGO) approved by the Resolution of the West Pomeranian Parliament No. XX/240/20 of 22 October 2020 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2020-2026. recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended), the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan (WPGO) approved by the Resolution of the West Pomeranian Parliament No. XX/240/20 of 22 October 2020 on the adoption of the Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2020-2026, taking into account the perspective for the years 2027-2032, and in accordance with the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Pyrzyce Commune in force during the term of the contract, approved by the Resolution of the City Council in Pyrzyce No. XXIII/169/20 of May 28, 2020 regarding the adoption of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Pyrzyce Commune (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland). 2.Us The service of collecting municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Pyrzyce Commune and their management includes the following types of waste:

(a) unsegregated municipal waste (mixed),

(b) biodegradable waste, including biodegradable packaging waste and green waste collected selectively,

(c) paper, paperboard, magazines, etc., including packaging,

(d) plastics,

(e) metal,

(f) glass,

g) multi-material packaging, tetra pak type,

(h) large-sized waste,

(i) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

(j) used batteries and batteries,

(k) used fluorescent lamps and other mercury-containing waste (e.g. thermometers),

l) expired medications,

m) chemicals created only in the household (remnants of paints, varnishes, adhesives, solvents, plant protection products and packaging after them, worked oils, etc. ),

(n) worn tyres from passenger cars,

(m) construction and demolition waste, including household papa,

(o) Ashes,

3. Management of collected municipal waste in accordance with the guidelines adopted in the law and the Provincial Waste Management Plan for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (WPGO).

4. The area of Pyrzyce Municipality is 205 km².

4.1. The expected amount of generated municipal waste to be collected and managed during the term of the contract is approx. 2 847.0000 Mg (+/- 10%) including:

1) mixed municipal waste – approx. 1 738.0000Mg (+/- 10%),

2) selectively collected waste – approx. 771.0000 Mg (+/- 10%),

3) waste delivered to PSZOK – approx. 271.0000 Mg (+/- 10%).

4) bulky waste – approx. 67.0000 Mg (+/- 10%).

4.2. The number of inhabitants according to the submitted declarations is 15,064 people as of 31.12.2022.

4.3. Projected number of serviced properties- 2,970 of which:

a) urban area:

- single-family buildings- ok.1.100

- multi-family buildings - approx. 140

b) rural area:

- single family buildings - approx. 1.700

- multi-family buildings - approx. 30
