The Technical Centre of the City of Oulaisten requests your offer to plough streets, light transport lanes and city-owned real estate yards, maintenance of school skating fields, removal of polantee and sanding streets, light transport lanes and yards.

The acquisition is divided into ten (10) subdivisions.

In Subdivisions 1-9, the subscriber selects one (1) service provider per subdivision and one (1) deputy service provider per subdivision with which it contracts. Three (3) service providers are selected for Subdivision 10, the subscriber contracts with the joida.

The bidder may submit an offer in one or more subdivisions. In its offer, the bidder shall indicate preference for the subdivisions it offers, as well as information on how many areas can be taken over. The priority is applied in situations where the bidder has submitted a bid in more areas but cannot manage everyone on behalf of the resources. In this case, the bidder may be selected for the subdivision to win, but in other areas the next bidder will be selected. The bidder may also be selected as the primary supplier in some areas and, in some areas, as a secondary supplier, provided that the tenderer has indicated in its bid that it will be able to handle more areas on behalf of the resources.

Example: The bidder submits the offer to Subdivision 1 as priority 1 and Subdivision 2 as priority 2. On behalf of resources, only one subdivision can be handled by the provider. The bidder's offer is cheapest in both aspects. Based on the order of preference, the bidder will be selected in Subdivision 1. Subdivision 2 is chosen as the second cheapest bid submitted.

The procurement quantities presented in the invitation to tender are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the subscriber or an exclusive right for the service provider to provide the service.
