Description:
Providing subscriptions and extending subscriptions for SAP Business Objects v.4.2 for a period of 32 months

The subject of the Order is:

1) Providing support for SAP Business Objects licenses held by PGL LP (as described in Chapter I of Annex 1 to the SWZ),

2) Delivery of new 200 licenses (subscriptions): SAP Analytics Cloud 8008941 SAP AnalytCloud BI pred public CF (usr) or equivalent,

(as described in Chapter II of Annex 1 to the SWZ)

3) Ensuring the Extension of the BO Subscription for the licenses held by PGL LP (as described in Chapters III and IV of Annex 1 to the SWZ)

- A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

- The terms of the contract are included in the draft contract.
