Subsoil for the floor coverings described in the specifications in building A (Talstraße 8-10) is predominantly a vorh. floating cement screed, which can only be used in individual rooms of the basement, the 3rd floor and in the toilet rooms EG-3. Og is supplemented with new screed as cement composite or floating cement screed as well as in partial areas or small areas (defects after demolition walls, etc.).

In Building B (Talstraße 2-6) and Building C (Schlossplatz 6-7), each on the ground floor, a cement composite screed will be installed and on the upper floors (1st-3rd floor) a cement screed on an insulating layer. In buildings C 1st floor and 3rd floor, dry screed is installed in individual rooms due to pipe laying over the raw floor.
