To update the current immunophenotyping process, we would like to use an advanced Spectral Flow Cytometer, which provides advanced capabilities for the analysis of fluorescent signals. Our goal is to simultaneously evaluate multiple traits in each cell undergoing immune profiling to improve the lineage definition and differentiation state of cell populations. By using spectral technology, we gain greater flexibility, as we can use more fluorochromes in a single experiment and thus analyze a higher number of parameters at the same time. This allows us to increase the resolution and speed of analysis while reducing the sample volume of mice. These advances contribute to improved animal welfare and take into account the principle of the "3R": reducing the burden of blood sampling, obtaining more information from a larger number of cell populations, and improved resolution by adapting to modern technologies.
