The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the commune and city of Żuromin.

As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to

a) collection, transport and waste management:

- from owners of residential properties (collection of mixed municipal waste and collection of separately collected waste - from bags / containers / containers), including collection of waste in the form of a mobile selective collection point,

- from the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Brudnice;

b) equipping at least one pharmacy located in the city of Żuromin with an appropriate container for expired medicines;

c) providing the landlord (single-family / multi-family housing) with a container to collect the construction and demolition waste upon notification.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the commune and city of Żuromin.

As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to

- from owners of residential properties (collection of mixed municipal waste and collection of separately collected waste - from bags / containers / containers), including collection of waste in the form of a mobile selective collection point,

c) providing the owner of the property (single-family / multi-family housing) with a container for collecting construction and demolition waste.

2. Types of municipal waste covered by the contract:

a) unsorted (mixed) municipal waste;

b) Paper - paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste;

c) Glass - waste from glass, including packaging waste from glass;

d) Metals and plastics - metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste;

e) biodegradable waste with particular regard to bio-waste;

f) Ash;

g) Furniture and other bulky waste;

h) Used tires;

i) Expired medicines;

j) Waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste batteries and accumulators;

k) Construction and demolition waste;

l) Chemicals.

3. The Contractor is obliged to collect from the resident property owners any amount of municipal waste collected and to perform the subject of the contract ensuring minimal nuisance to property owners.

4. The contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer installations, in particular municipal installations, to which the collected waste will be transferred.

5. Amount of waste for 2020:

- unsorted (mixed) municipal waste - 1 500 Mg,

- paper - paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste - 84 Mg,

- glass - glass waste, including glass packaging waste - 458 Mg,

- metals and plastics - metal waste, including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and - multi-material packaging waste - 458 Mg,

- bio waste - 167 Mg,

- furniture and other bulky waste - 68 Mg,

- construction and demolition waste - 83 Mg,

- waste electrical and electronic equipment, waste batteries and accumulators - 41 Mg,

- expired drugs and chemicals - 0.17 Mg,

- used tires - 16 Mg,

- ash - 125 Mg.

The quantity may change, among others, due to changes in the declarations.

6. On the basis of art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer requires employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or a subcontractor of persons performing the activities listed below during the performance of the contract:

- servicing vehicles adapted to receive and transport mixed municipal waste - drivers and employees operating the vehicle and equipment for collecting waste (equipment operator, loader),

- service of vehicles adapted to receive and transport municipal waste separately collected - drivers and employees operating the vehicle and equipment for waste collection (equipment operator, loader).
