The target of the procurement is the legal services needed by the University of Tampere and various assignments.
The procurement is divided into lots as follows:
Subdivision 1. Contract law of research
Subdivision 2. Public Procurement Law
Subdivision 3. Labour law law
Subdivision 4. IT Procurement Law Law
Legal services, research contract lawThe object of the procurement in subdivision 1 is the contract law of research.
A maximum of three (3) Service Providers will be selected for subdivision 1. The client implements
by means of the Ranking procedure for the selection of service providers within the framework agreement. Subscriber subscribes
as a rule, in the order of priority in the tendering procedure
from the first service provider. Unless the service provider can take up the assignment
receive or execute it in accordance with the Subscriber's order (e.g. as defined by the Subscriber
within the schedule), the Client can order an assignment from the next placed person
palveluntarjoajalta.
The tendering services include the following areas in the research support service:
multidisciplinary and extensive research contract law, IP, data protection and funding.

The agreement is scheduled to start at the beginning of 2023.

from the first service provider. Unless the service provider can take up the assignment
receive or execute it in accordance with the Subscriber's order (e.g. as defined by the Subscriber
within the schedule), the Client can order an assignment from the next placed person

Legal services, IT procurement law lawThe target of the procurement in subdivision 4 is IT procurement law.
The tenderer is required to have special expertise in procurement and contract law in the IT sector.
A maximum of three (3) Service Providers will be selected for subdivision 4. The Client implements the internal service provider selection of the framework agreement using the Ranking procedure. Subscriber subscribes
as a rule, in the tendering process, from the first service provider in the order of priority. If the Service Provider cannot accept or execute the order in accordance with the Client's order (e.g. within the schedule specified by the Subscriber), the Subscriber may order the assignment from the next-placed Service Provider.
