The purpose of this contract is to provide support and support services for employment in the context of activities of social utility in the territory of Dijon pursuant to Article R2123-7 of the Public Procurement Code. These are social and professional integration services that mobilize technical support activities such as maintenance and/or cleaning that work to preserve public space. In addition, in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 2113-13 of the French Public Procurement Act, the City of Dijon wishes to reserve this contract for integration structures through economic activity mentioned in Article L. 5132-4 of the Labour Code and for equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion of disadvantaged workers, set by regulation."
