The contract covers the intervention of a service provider for the purchase of foodstuffs, technical assistance and the provision of a chef for the "Les Couronniers" seniors' residence run by the CCAS de Petit -Crowned.

The mission of the manager will aim to:

- the development of the menus in agreement with the CCAS of Petit-Couronne,

- the preparation of meals on site with the provision of a chef,

- placing orders with suppliers of raw materials.

Food supply:

- the reception and control of quality and quantity,

- the study of the calibrations of the foodstuffs served,

- verification of hygiene conditions and safety standards,

- good organization in the premises,

- the proper use of the equipment.

The minimum quantity of orders for the duration of the initial period 2020 is 10,000 meals.

The maximum quantity of orders for the duration of the initial period 2020 is 25,000 meals.
