The offered service includes variable services that are ordered from time to time. In addition, the offered service includes fixed ordered variable driving, which are fixed orders of variable services for a longer period of time. In the case of variable driving, there is no guarantee of the driving scope. The scope of travel is dependent on bookings and can thus vary from day to day.

The framework agreement starts operations no later than 1 March 2023. The framework agreement is valid until 28 February 2025.

The call for tenders shall be conducted as an open procedure in accordance with Article 45 of the Utilities Directive.

The offered service includes variable services that are ordered from time to time. In addition, the offered service includes fixed ordered variable driving, which are fixed orders of variable services for a longer period of time. In the case of variable driving, there is no guarantee of the driving scope. The scope of travel is dependent on bookings and can thus vary from day to day.

The driving includes seated patient transport, individual disabled driving, municipally searched driving and open driving. see further in the contract Appendix1.

The transport companies enter into parallel framework agreements with several suppliers, but the transport companies are not obliged to buy a certain number of runs or to buy any runs at all.

The transport companies estimate that up to 3600 vehicles are needed to solve the overall variable driving task divided into the following vehicle types.

700 stk. Type 5

500 stk. Type 6+7

A description of the individual types of vehicles is set out in section 24 of the contract.

The framework agreement is not exclusive either to the individual framework agreement holder or to the framework agreement holders together. Tenderers are therefore not guaranteed a minimum turnover if they obtain the award of the framework agreement.

The purchase of services on the framework agreement is made by direct award based on the specific need for driving. In order to be considered for driving tasks under the framework agreement, the offered vehicle race must be able to solve the ordered driving task.

The framework agreement is expected to be concluded with the number of suppliers, approx. 200 – 600, who ensure that the specified number of wagons per vehicle type above is commissioned.
