Sampling and self-monitoring of drinking water and self-monitoring of the sanitation system outside Brest Métropole.

The framework agreement includes the following mission elements on behalf of Eau du Ponant:

- the taking of water samples (drinking and sanitation) carried out by the holder of this contract, as part of the self-monitoring program for water intended for human consumption and self-monitoring of WWTPs, on the various monitoring points the program (appendix 1 and 2 of this CCTP);

- the recovery on sites defined by Eau du Ponant of samples taken by the operator and transport to the analysis sites;

- in situ and laboratory analyzes of the samples taken as part of these checks (drinking water and sanitation);

- the support, if necessary, of Eau du Ponant for the critical analysis and adaptation of the monitoring program. The framework agreement is to be carried out throughout the territory where the management of sanitation and / or drinking water networks is entrusted to Eau du Ponant (department of Finistère) outside Brest Métropole:

For drinking water self-checking:

—— sixteen municipalities of the Community of municipalities of the Landerneau-Daoulas (concession contract);

—— thirteen municipalities in the Pays d'Iroise Community (affermage contract);

—— the municipalities of Locmélar, Saint-Sauveur (affermage contracts) and Loc-Eguiner (concession contract).

For collective sanitation:

—— all the municipalities of the Community of municipalities of the Landerneau-Daoulas (concession contract).
