1. The object of the contract is the construction of the District Court building and the District Prosecutor's Office in Opole Lubelski at 1C Przemysłowa Street on plot no 592/4, together with the construction of parking places, paved commutes and pedestrian communication system and the execution of technical infrastructure including armaments underground terrain.

2. General description of the District Court building:

— built-up area 1 045,16 m2,

— net area of 3,505,09 m2,

— usable area 2 526.09 m2,

— traffic surface 867,12 m2,

— the net volume of the building 16 423,00 m3,

— number of storeys — four (one underground and three above-ground).

General description of the District Prosecutor's Office building:

— built-up area 380,23 m2,

— net area of 1,283,56 m2,

— usable area 895,21 m2,

— movement surface 337,00 m2,

— net volume of building 6 119,50 m3,

— number of storeys — four (one underground and three above-ground).

The description of the object of the contract (also referred to as OPZ) is Annex 1 to the SWZ. The design documentation is specified in this Annex, with the Ordering Party emphasising that the basis for the preparation of the offer and its valuation is the design documentation and the TSPACOR and the guidelines and requirements of the Contracting Authority for the performance of the Contractor under contractual remuneration (paragraph V of OPZ), the object of the works is only auxiliary in nature.
