The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services and the provision of cleaning services in the sports facilities of COS Torwar I and II hall (ice rink) in Warsaw together with the outdoor areas around these facilities for a period of 24 months. The detailed manner of performance of the subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject matter of the contract and Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference – Draft Provisions of the Agreement.

The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to sign a lease agreement for the premises in the Torwar I sports and entertainment hall. The rental rate for all rooms is PLN 3,400.00 net per month of lease + utility costs in the lump sum amount of PLN 700 net per month of rental. The premises will be intended exclusively for the Tenant's social and storage purposes, in order to perform the Cleaning Services Agreement.
