DRK Pain Center Mainz, 2nd BA - modernization of old building: sewage, water and gas systems for construction phase 2.2.

The present tender describes the technical disassembly and new installations in the sewage, water, and gas systems trade in an existing hospital. The relevant construction phase is connected to transfer points that have already been set up.

Before the start of dismantling, the executing company must find out about the technical systems and set up any temporary measures required for the further use of the hospital operation.

- Disassembly of approx. 950 m of drinking water pipelines, including insulation,

- disassembly of approx. 375 m drainage pipes,

- disassembly of approx. 90 sanitary items,

- disassembly of approx. 85 m piping medical gases,

- Installation of approx. 12 patient wet rooms,

- Installation of approx. 13 toilet facilities,

- laying approx. 1400 m stainless steel pipe DN 12-15,

- laying approx. 320 m stainless steel pipe DN 20-25,

- laying approx. 90 m stainless steel pipe DN 35-50,

- laying approx. 100 m plastic drain pipe DN 50-70,

- Lay approx. 205 m of plastic drain pipe DN 90-100.
