Bron Afon Community Housing is seeking a suitably skilled, experienced and qualified lift contractor to supply, install and provide service and maintenance for passenger lifts at 3 locations. Across these 3 locations there are 5 passenger lifts in total. The property locations in which the lifts will be installed are:

1) Fair View Court;

2) Monmouth House;

3) The Tower.

It is anticipated that a bespoke design and manufacture of lift will be required at Monmouth House.
