The EU4Digitala project intends to develop online services and online clients based on the Trembita system for state registers, which will allow for the construction of secure intergovernmental communication between state and local government institutions via the Internet by exchanging their information systems electronic messages. In order to ensure that each individual tool is developed (online service, web client or a combination of them), a separate procurement is organized. At the same time, given that the development of specific online services and/or online clients may require the updating of the relevant government information systems and/or the creation of interoperability services between different systems, this procurement is carried out. Thus, the work undertaken under the present procurement should focus both on the development of specific online services and online clients based on the Trembita system of state registers and on the implementation of the interaction of electronic information based on them.
