Preparation of draft decisions of the ILB in the context of opposition proceedings in Corona special programmes

In order to deal with objections to the decisions of the ILB within the framework of Corona special programmes (emergency aid, all bridging aid, the November and December aid, as well as all restart aid), the ILB needs support or legal advice from external service providers.

The objections must be examined for admissibility and merits and, among other things, drafts of the objection or remedy notices must be drawn up.

Three lots are formed.

Contradictions Corona emergency aid

Processing of objections to decisions in the Corona Emergency Aid programme (e.g. preparation of draft decisions)

Contradictions Bridging aids

Processing of objections to decisions in the bridging aids programme (e.g. preparation of draft decisions)

Contradictions Restart aids, November and December aids

Processing of objections to decisions in the programmes Neustarthilfe as well as November and December assistance (e.g. preparation of draft decisions)
