Description plumbing

The drainage in the pump cellar is to be renewed. For this purpose, the submersible pump as well as the pipes and fittings in the pump cellar are to be dismantled and rebuilt. On site, a pump sump is already available in which a new submersible pump is to be installed. The connection to the drainage system must be coordinated with the executing CONTRACTOR of the outdoor facilities.

Currently, drinking water pipes are laid in the technical building and in the pump cellar. The pipes and fittings must be dismantled and restored.

In the technical building, this includes a water meter as well as shut-off fittings and connections with C-coupling for connection with hoses. The drinking water in the pump cellar is used for the refilling and refilling of the splash water tanks.

The pipes and fittings must be dismantled and completely reassembled.

The walk-through pools to the swimming pools, which are now to be designed as shower troughs, will receive new showers. The showers will be provided on site and will be connected to the existing cold water pipes. Hot water is not provided in the technical building as well as in the pump cellar and at the shower troughs.

Via the neighbouring swimming pool Badeparadies Eiswiese, the outdoor pool "Am Brauweg" receives river water from the Leine. In the following, the river water is called well water. In the technical building there is a connection for irrigating the sunbathing lawn and in the pump cellar the well water is used in addition to the drinking water for the refilling and refilling of the splash water tanks. The currently existing pipelines in the ground as well as the pipelines and fittings in the technical building will be retained. The pipes and fittings in the pump cellar are to be dismantled and renewed. Due to the chlorine-containing and acidic air in the technical building and in the pump cellar, PVC pipes are provided as pipe materials for the drinking and well water.

Description heating

The heat is generated in the neighbouring swimming pool Badeparadies Eiswiese and opens up the technical building. Here, two heat exchangers are currently used to heat the pure water of the two filter circuits. During the renovation, the associated pipes and fittings as well as heat exchangers are to be dismantled. The heat exchanger for the filter circuit of the non-swimmer pool east and the 50m swimming pool is to be dismantled, stored and later reinstalled. The second heat exchanger is to be dismantled and disposed of.

The filter circuit for the new children's pool and diving pool thus receives a new heat exchanger. Due to the calcareous water, this heat exchanger should be able to be unscrewed.

The pipes, fittings and heating pump must be rebuilt accordingly. The pipe material used is black steel pipe, which is insulated 100% with PVC-coated mineral wool. Space heating surfaces are not provided.

Description Ventilation

Currently, no ventilation systems are installed in the outdoor pool. In order to prevent the substance of the technical buildings and the formation of mould, a moisture-controlled small room fan is to be installed. This is to be installed on the outer wall of the technical building. The core drilling for this is carried out on site.
