NBank intends to procure 69 multifunction devices at eight (8) different locations for the next five (5) years in a leasing model. Currently, multifunction devices are already used for printing, scanning, faxing and copying. The necessary consumables and consumables as well as maintenance, support and repairs will also continue to be provided or carried out in full by a service provider.

The components must comply with technical properties and framework conditions as described below.

The scope of the tender is subject to the expectations described below:

- Provision of 69 multifunction devices with copy, print, fax and scan functions for 60 months

- All repairs and maintenance of the equipment on site including support

- All consumables and spare parts

- A response time of max. four (4) hours, repair time of max. three working days within regular working hours (see SLA)

- All costs for technology, travel and repair time are included

- Administrationssoftware

- Automatic supply of toner/ink to the devices including delivery to the respective locations of the devices in question

- Inventory of all devices based on the ID number

- The complete delivery to the respective device location including installation, configuration and transfer of the address book.

- Automated notifications for toner / ink / repairs / meter readings and maintenance

- Detailed reports on volume development, service calls and toner or ink consumption

a) Authentication on the multifunction system must be carried out via an RFID chip card. Currently, the NBank RFID Chip Legic Advant uses 4096 cards. All devices must have an RFID reader that is compatible with the Legic cards.

b) The possibility of direct printing must also be available.

c) Windows Server 2022 must be supported.

d) It must be possible to start print jobs from a custom representative.

e) Print jobs initiated in the home office must remain stored on the server for approximately two (2) weeks until the employee starts printing at the printer.

f) The solution must include the fact that a large number of started print jobs can also be output on different multifunction devices. For example, a color printer is selected for color prints and a large printer is selected for bulk printing.

g) The required user data for authentication and the address book are read from the LDAP database of NBank.
