The subject of the contract is collection and management of waste from property owners where residents of the Choroszcz commune live.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.
3. Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract are set out in the Draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the ToR.
The subject of the contract is collection and management of waste from property owners where residents of the Choroszcz commune live.
a) Waste collected from property owners from the area of the Choroszcz Commune, the Contractor will be obliged to manage (collection, transport, recovery or disposal) in accordance with Resolution No. XXXII / 281/16 of the Podlasie Regional Assembly of 19 December 2016 on the implementation of the "Plan Waste Management of the Podlasie Voivodship "(Journal of Laws of the Podlasie Voivodship of 2016, item 4916, as amended) and Resolution No. XXXII / 280/16 of the Podlasie Sejmik of December 19, 2016 regarding the adoption of the" Plan Waste management of the Podlasie Voivodship for 2016-2022 ”, i.e. the Central region, which means that municipal waste collected in the Choroszcz Commune can end up in the regional installation (or regional installations) for municipal waste processing (RIPOK) indicated in the Plan.
b) In the case of fractions of waste selectively collected as part of waste management, the Contractor will be obliged to transfer them to a recovery and disposal installation in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in art. 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste.
c) In the case of small quantities of waste selectively collected that are not subject to transfer to a regional municipal waste treatment facility, it may also be transferred to an entity collecting this waste.
In connection with the above, the Employer obliges the Contractor to indicate in the offer (in the offer form) - Annex 6 to the ToR the municipal waste processing installations to which the Contractor collecting municipal waste from property owners is obliged to hand over the collected waste.
