The BAI wishes to establish a framework of consultancy firms or consultants (suppliers) to provide consultancy services on strategic and regulatory matters relating to the BAI’s fulfilment of its role and remit as defined in the Broadcasting Act 2009; the EU Audio-visual Media Services Directive; the EU Electronic Communications Framework Directive; the Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2014; and other relevant legislation, in order to deliver regulatory outcomes which are consistent with the legislative objectives and which enable the BAI to achieve its strategic objectives as outlined in the BAI Strategy 2021 to 2023.
