The subject of the contract is the successive delivery together with the installation, commissioning, configuration and execution of as-built DOCUMENTATION of the ICT infrastructure consisting of access servers, data storage servers, backup and archiving servers, using tape storage technology, hierarchical data storage servers (HSM) and object storage servers (S3), using memory storage technologies tape and disk networks, as well as SAN and LAN networks with software and instruction for persons indicated by the ordering party and other receiving entities.

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery together with the installation, commissioning, configuration and execution of as-built documentation of the ICT infrastructure consisting of access servers, data storage servers, backup and archiving servers using tape storage technology, hierarchical data storage servers (HSM) and object storage servers (S3), using memory storage technologies tape and disk networks, as well as SAN and LAN networks with software and instruction for persons indicated by the ordering party and other receiving entities.

2. Detailed requirements for the item of the order are an integral part of the description of the item of the order and are included in Part IV of SWZ Detailed requirements for the subject of the order.

3. The subject of the order should be delivered to the indicated locations and perform the other activities described in the SWZ.

4. After the installation has been completed and the infrastructure provided for a given demand has been put into operation, the contractor shall be obliged to carry out as-built documentation for individual receiving entities; the documentation should be provided in an electronic version on a digital medium or made available electronically (or other agreed with the individual receiving entity) and 1 copy in paper version for each receiving entity. The documentation must include at least the following: device location, package names and versions of the installed software, number of licenses provided, type and duration of warranty for the software and hardware components supplied, parameters related to the configuration of software and servers such as passwords, certificates, network settings, configuration settings specific to the software. The as-built documentation must be approved by the taker concerned as to its completeness and correctness.
