The subject of the order is the delivery of the legal information system to the Chambers of Revenue Administration, the National Revenue Information and the National School of Revenue.

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of an electronic legal information program including:

1) granting term licenses (i.e. for the duration of the agreement) and updates of the program for the term of the agreement in the scope of:

a) on-line access (SIP) – for 2795 users (means the number of concurrent accesses/parallel users),

b) on-line access to the Legal and Economic Directory (KRS) – for 1181 users (means the number of concurrent accesses/parallel users),

- whereby the number of on-line access (SIP) and on-line access to the Legal and Economic Directory (KRS) constitute a separate access pool for each of the National Revenue Administration units (in accordance with Appendix 1 to the agreement).

Where:

on-line access – means access to the program installed on the program provider's server, located outside the MF departmental network. Access is provided through a network connection from both the Ministry of Finance and the public network.

The contractor should allow on-line access to a finished program with a database on the vendor's server at its location and managed by it;

2) granting term (i.e. for the duration of the agreement), non-exclusive access licenses to the program and its updates, with the proviso that the right to use the program in terms of on-line access and license validity expires on the date of termination of the agreement;

3) daily update on the working days of the program for on-line access (including databases);

4) guarantee of the correctness of the operation of the programme and completeness and compliance with the requirements of the contract of its database for the duration of the contract;

5) providing technical support for the operation of the programme throughout the life of the contract - under contractual remuneration;

6) training:

As part of the contractual remuneration, the Contractor is obliged to provide the National Revenue Administration units with training in the use of the installed program and functionalities in the form of an on-line webinar. Tax Administration Chambers (16), National Tax Information (1), National Tax School (1), act on behalf of subordinate units and notify the Contractor in writing of their willingness to participate in the training, indicating the number of participants (training cannot be ordered individually by subordinate units (tax offices, customs and tax offices, delegations, branches). KAS units may order a maximum of 2 trainings per year after setting the date

with the Contractor (minimum number of participants 20 people, maximum 500 people). The Contractor, after agreeing the date with the National Revenue Administration unit, will provide all the necessary information necessary to take part in the training of the registered participants. Participants will have the opportunity to train from their workplace.
