The Northern Ireland Local Government Officers’ Superannuation Committee (NILGOSC) wishes to engage (a) Contractor(s) to provide tax advisory services under this framework agreement to deliver Tax Reviews in Respect of New Investment Opportunities. NILGOSC aims to appoint a maximum of 4 Contractors to the framework. These Contractors will be ranked 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th on the basis of the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT). The framework contracts will cover the provision of specialised tax advice on an as-needed basis and will commence upon the date of framework award for a period of 4 years.
