Provision of support, operation, administration, corrective and evolutionary maintenance services and management of the different components on which the information and communications systems of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias are developed and executed through the Computer Services Management Center of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias (CGSI).
Service Desk and client positionThe purpose of Lot 1 of this contract includes customer service (including on-site attention), reception of incidents and requests, comprehensive management of customer post, management of equipment warehouses and ICT consumables.
ICT infrastructuresThe purpose of Lot 2 is the complete management and operation of corporate Data Processing Centers (DPCs). The management and operation of transversal ICT infrastructures and services (servers, virtualization, storage, backup copy, etc.) and the management and operation of own communications infrastructures.
ICT SecurityThe purpose of Lot 3 of this contract includes cyber surveillance, government support and ICT security audit, management of ICT security equipment and services, incident management and security problems and vulnerability management.
Base software, databases and applicationsThe object of Lot 4 of this contract includes the management and operation services of databases, base software and software elements (applications) including deployments and tests.
Project OfficeThe purpose of Lot 5 of this contract includes support services for the definition and implementation of corporate business continuity plans. Development and/or maintenance of the corporate project management tool and support in its use, as well as specialized ICT and legal consulting services and support in the definition of strategic and ICT quality plans.
Technical officeThe purpose of LOT 6 of this contract includes the support work for the coordination and supervision of the other lots, including the measurement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), implementation and maintenance of quality standards and good practices and supply and maintenance of corporate ITSM.
