The subject of this acquisition is the upgrading of the SAP ECC6 EHP8 currently in use to SAP S/4HANA for Certia and its client colleges and ongoing maintenance of SAP systems (including SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW is HANA, SAP PO, SAP Basis, OpenText, EC-CS). SAP S/4HANA is implemented as an OnPremise solution in Certia's partner data center.
Certia produces financial management services for its client colleges and provides its customers with a system environment as part of its service. The Commissioning Project and Continuing Service shall be contracted for 10/2023 — 12/2028. As an option, the contract can be extended for 2029 and 2030. The agreement must also be extended to Certia's potential new customers for the duration of the customer. Certia's financial management client will be 13 Finnish higher education institutions in early 2022. Certia's customers have a total of 20,000 end-users, of which there are approximately 6,000 financial expert users, factual examiners or acceptors.
Certia's road map for the progress of the project is set out in Annex 1. The supplier's offer for the commissioning project must be in accordance with the schedule and content of the Annex.

Technical Environment Implementation in Certia Partner's data center
- The supplier is responsible for the technical implementation of the system to the data center of Certia's partner
o Certia's partner is responsible for preparing servers before SAP installations
Sandbox Environment Implementation and Building and Ensuring Functionalities:
- Ensuring technical migration penetration to minimise risks
- Producing the Sandbox environment with limited data for S/4HANA process testing and designing deployable Fioris
o The construction of the Sandbox environment includes:
SAP Modules in use by Certia (Appendix 9)
Certia Environmental Customizations (Appendix 2: Custom Code Check Report of Certia's SAP System)
Functionalities in accordance with Annex 3, which must also operate in SAP S/4HANA

Ensuring the functionality of interfaces (Annex 5: Interfaces) so that there are no necessary changes to data transfers between SAP and PO. Data transfers at PO's customer interface must remain unchanged. If changes are required to PO, the supplier will be responsible for these.
Ensure OpenText compatibility (no changes to OpenText in the deployment project)
Ensuring the functionality of BW functionality (BW is HANA version 7.5)
• There will be no changes to data transfers between SAP BW and SAP
• There will be no changes to data transfers between SAP PO and OpenHubs
- Technical Environment Testing
o The supplier conducts unit testing, taking into account the elements mentioned in the construction of the environment
o The supplier is responsible for integration testing and its test cases, Certia performs the testing. The supplier supports in testing and is responsible for making the necessary repairs.
- Certia main user training and customizable training materials as the basis for end-user training
Migration Project:
- Making basic data available to migration readiness, in addition to:
o Business Partner Preparation — CVI Configuration (Customer-Vendor Integration)
o Basic information relating to VAT (VAT codes, tax boards)
- Migration penetration
o Migration take into account that data has been archived for the years 2010-2016 in OPEXTEXT. The new Hana solution should be able to view archived data as well.
- Definition and support for access roles in migration and role sharing via IDM
- The supplier is responsible for unit testing and integration testing according to jointly agreed test cases. Certia conducts acceptance testing for the new system, supplier supports in testing and is responsible for any fixes.
- Other tasks related to the migration project, taking into account the development issues raised in the Sandbox phase to ensure basic functionality
- No changes in the migration project are made to the subdivisions listed below. The supplier must take into account that the functionalities of the subdivisions must remain intact after migration. The supplier is responsible for the necessary corrections in migration so that the subdivisions listed below are able to continue operating after migration unchanged.
o SAP Travel (Mini-HR), resume Compatibility in MODE after migration
o Purchasing invoice recycling (Smart Invoice)

- Support and advisory services
- Continuing Service Agreement does not apply to subdivisions that are not migroed (SAP Travel (Mini-HR), Purchase invoice recycling (Smart Invoice), Inventory management (MM), Responsible Application (Fiori built for maintenance of Cost Responsible Persons)
- In the case of continuous service, take into account that Certia's SAP system will also be developed by other partners (certia's SAP small development partner providers) in the future.
