The subject of the procedure and the procurement is the development, delivery and implementation of a system that facilitates access to the Library System for persons with disabilities for the purposes of the Ignatianum Academy in Kraków together with the services of the warranty service to enable students from disabilities of equal participation in learning through access to the resources of the Library.

1. The subject of the procedure and procurement is to develop, deliver and implement a system that facilitates access to the Library System for persons with disabilities for the purposes of Ignatianum Academy in Kraków together with warranty service services to enable students from disabilities of equal participation in learning through access to the Library's resources further also “subject to the procurement” or “System” or abbreviated “SB”.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

(a) execution of the Pre-Exploitation Analysis and provide a pilot version of the Digital Library,

b) the development and implementation of the System with the delivery of the necessary components (in particular the provision and granting of software licenses) that will meet all the requirements described in SWZ, in particular in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ- Annex No 1A and 1B to the SWZ) and the Designed Agreement Provisions (PPU — Annex 2 to the SWZ) and shall comply with the findings of the Parties from the Pre-Implementation Analysis

(c) grant the Contracting Party a license for the supplied System;

d) transfer of copyright property rights to the Dedicated Software;

(e) to develop and provide the Contracting Authority with the Documentation;

(f) carrying out training services in the field of operation and administration of SB;

(g) granting a guarantee to the Contracting Party;

(h) the provision of Service Care services for ensuring the proper operation of the SB for its intended purpose consisting in maintaining and servicing SB.

Meanings of words, expressions, abbreviations, etc. written in capital letter should also be sought in the proposed Agreement Terms of Annex 2 to SWZ (especially in § 1 PPU — Definitions).

The detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is set out in Annex 1A to SWZ “Detailed description of the subject matter of the order” and Annex 1B to SWZ “Detailed description of the subject of the order — list of open source software”.

The detailed conditions and method of execution of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ — the proposed provisions of the contract (hereinafter also referred to as the 'Draft Agreement').

The Ordering Party requires the warranty/ provision of Service Service /Warranty Service on the System described in detail in the annex to No. 1A and 1B to SWZ for the period indicated there. The details of the guarantees, warranties and benefits associated with them are set out in Annex 1A to SWZ and in the draft contract annex 2 to the SWZ.
