Derry City Council intends to procure a partner to deliver Materials processing for recycling for source segregated materials from household waste & recycling centres/recycling points, transfer stations & other council facilities to include recoverable materials from parks, cemeteries, grounds maintenance operations etc. Materials that may or may not be included in the Invitation to Tender include; Glass, Mixed paper & cardboard, cans, plastics, aerosols, cartons, textiles, green waste, soil, rubble, timber and scrap metal. These include for the processing and onward distribution to the end markets of the materials collected.
