Arcon Housing Association Limited is seeking to select a preferred contractor to carry out their 3* gas servicing and maintenance to 1 112 domestic properties. Subject to budget, this will also include boiler replacements. In addition there are a further 49 properties consisting of: one non-domestic gas boiler, one air source heat pump, eight electric wet systems, 1 electric heating and 38 with electric radiators. The 3* element will consist of routine annual statutory safety checks, annual servicing, ‘re-let’, cap off and on, servicing, maintenance, breakdown repairs, provision of service reports and records, and the issue of Landlord Gas Safety Record (LGSR) check certificates in respect of the Employer's gas appliances, fittings, flues and associated equipments in the Employer's domestic premises. The contract will also cover the planned preventative maintenance and responsive maintenance of central heating and domestic hot water systems including hot water cylinders and thermostats.

The contract will initially be for a 5 year period to the 31.3.2022 with the option to extend annually by up to a further 5 years until the 31.3.2027.
