Implementation and submission to the Contracting Authority of the complete design documentation, hereinafter referred to as the “Documentation”, in multifamily residential buildings referred to in paragraph 3 Chapter. III SWZ in Wrocław, together with the transfer of copyright property rights to the documentation, the final decision on the authorisation for construction works (stage I) and the supervision of the copyright during the implementation of the undertaking carried out on the basis of the documentation constituting the subject of this Agreement (Phase II).
