It concerns the maintenance (cleaning) of various locations:
- Lot 1: cultural centers or meeting centers in Ypres and municipalities,
- Lot 2: various OCMW buildings in Ypres,
- Lot 3: bus shelters in Ypres and municipalities.
The contract is concluded for the 2020 service year, but there may be 5 tacit renewals of 1 year.
Lot 1 comprises the regular (weekly) maintenance of room parts, kitchens, sanitary facilities and associated building parts according to specifications of meeting or cultural centers:
- OC De Oude School, Neerwaastensestraat 10a, in 8902 Hollebeke,
- OC Cieper, Brugseweg 309, 8900 Ypres,
- OC Ten Vrielande, Brugstraat in 8904 Boezinge,
- OC De Stuers / annex OC In't Riet, Seelbachdreef 4, in 8902 Zillebeke,
- OC Kasteelwal, Dorp 8, in 8902 Voormezele,
- OC Dikkebus, Dikkebusseweg 480, in 8900 Dikkebus,
- OC Potyze, Zonnebeekseweg 309/311, 8900 Ieper,
- OC Den Briel, Brielenstraat 3, 8900 Ypres,
- Old town hall Vlamertinge, Poperingseweg in 8908 Vlamertinge,
- OC Den Elver, Vlamertingestraat 34 B, 8906 Elverdinge.
Lot 2 concerns:
1) maintenance (cleaning) of common areas of various residential complexes of the OCMW with a bi-weekly frequency. The contract mainly comprises:
- removal of cobwebs and dust nets,
- dust removal from baseboards, sockets, switches, handrails,
- removal of visible dirt on doors, handles, handrails,
- sweeping and wet cleaning of floors and stairs.
b) the monthly maintenance of a part of the ground floor of the Belle Godshuis concerns the following rooms: council room, chapel, corridor, 2 former office spaces of which 1 including annex, sanitary block with 2 toilets:
- removal of cobwebs and dust nets,
- sweeping or vacuuming and wet cleaning of all floors,
- dust removal from baseboards, sockets, switches,
- removal of visible dirt such as, for example, touches and stains on doors, handles, ...
- wet cleaning of kitchen units and fridge (s),
- wet cleaning of sink (s) and toilets.
Lot 3 comprises the bi-monthly maintenance of (for the time being) 32 bus shelters on the territory of Ypres and municipalities, in particular washing windows, sweeping floors and removing dirt and dust according to detailed description.
