Framework agreement for printing, postready and sending patient invoices

The non-profit association Verenigde Ziekenhuizen van Waas en Durme and az Sint-Blasius wish to appoint an external partner for a period of 3 years, with a possible extension of 1 year, for the printing, post preparation and sending of patient invoices and reminders.

Explanation regarding the services:

* Executing, printing, post-ready patient invoices, hospitalization as well as outpatient, including collection certificates for assistance provided (Model D).

* Perform, print, post ready and send rappel to patients.

These services can be performed on a continuous basis.

The certificates for assistance provided (Model D) must also be printed and sent.

After the publication and entry into force of the amended operation of the Model D, the numbers of this document have decreased sharply, but it is still necessary that this document is printed and sent in certain cases. The inventory makes an estimate of the future numbers.
